Wizz Air Malta


Wizz Air Malta, a subsidiary of Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air, is a Maltese low-cost carrier founded on September 27, 2022. Its first flight was from Rome–Fiumicino to Malta International Airport. The airline operates Maltese-registered aircraft, mirroring Wizz Air’s subsidiaries in Abu Dhabi and the UK. Wizz Air Malta’s AOC was issued by the EASA and its Operating Licence by the Malta Civil Aviation Directorate.
