TransNusa is an Indonesian domestic chartered airline. It initiated services in 2005 primarily to meet the transport needs of oil and gas company employees in East Indonesia. It is headquartered in Kupang and later added commercial services to its operations.

Flights

TransNusa operates inter-island flights in Eastern Indonesia, connecting various smaller and remote islands with the larger Indonesian cities. It services several destinations including Bali, Bandung, Jakarta, and Surabaya among others.

Airplanes

The majority of TransNusa’s fleet consists of ATR 42-600 aircraft. In its bid to provide a safe and comfortable flight experience, the airline also operates a couple of British Aerospace 146 (BAe 146) series aircrafts.
