Thai Airways International Public Co., ltd., more commonly known as Thai Airways, is Thailand’s national flag carrier airline. It was established in 1960 as a joint venture between Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and Thailand’s domestic carrier, Thai Airways Company (TAC).
Flights
Thai Airways operates flights to over 84 destinations in 37 countries, using a fleet of over 90 aircrafts. The airline’s hub is at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok from where it conducts the majority of its flights.
Airplanes
The airline boasts a diverse fleet composed of wide-body, long-haul aircrafts such as the Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus A350, and A380 for international routes, and Airbus A320, A321 for regional and domestic flights.
