Tassili Airlines


Tassili Airlines is an Algerian passenger airline, based in Algiers, and owned by Sonatrach, the national state-owned oil company of Algeria. Founded on 4th March 1998, the airline commenced operations on 8th April 1999. Tassili Airlines operates scheduled services from Houari Boumedienne Airport, as well as charter flights and helicopter services, initially catering to the Algerian oil industry.


Tassili Airlines operates flights to various destinations. Its network includes domestic routes within Algeria, connecting cities like Adrar, Algiers, Annaba, Oran, and Tamanrasset, among others. Internationally, the airline offers flights to cities like Paris (Charles de Gaulle Airport) in France and Istanbul (Istanbul Airport) in Turkey.


Tassili Airlines operates a diverse fleet of aircraft to serve its passengers. The fleet consists of Boeing 737-800s with a capacity of 155 passengers, Bombardier Dash 8-Q200s accommodating 37 passengers, and Bombardier Dash 8-Q400s with a capacity of 74 passengers. The airline also owns smaller aircraft, including Beechcraft 1900, Cessna 208 Caravan, Pilatus PC-6, and Bell 206 helicopters.
