Moçambique Expresso

Moçambique Expresso, established in September 1995, is a domestic and regional airline based in Beira, Mozambique. Initially founded as the Special Operations Department of LAM Mozambique Airlines, it became an independent airline under the name Moçambique Expresso in 1995. Despite its independence, the airline is wholly owned by LAM Mozambique Airlines. Operating from its main base at Maputo International Airport, Moçambique Expresso offers both scheduled and charter services within the route network of its parent company, LAM Mozambique Airlines.

Moçambique Expresso operates within the extensive route network of its parent company, LAM Mozambique Airlines. This includes domestic and regional scheduled and charter services, connecting key cities and towns across Mozambique and potentially to neighboring countries, thereby facilitating easier travel within the region.

The Moçambique Expresso fleet, as of February 2021, consists of the following aircraft: 1 Bombardier CRJ200 with a capacity of 50 passengers, 1 De Havilland Canada Dash 8 Q400 with a capacity of 86 passengers, and 3 Embraer ERJ 145MP aircraft, each with a capacity of 50 passengers. The Embraer ERJ 145MP aircraft are operated for LAM Mozambique Airlines.
