La Nationale

La Nationale, officially known as Transport Nationale Régionale, is a domestic airline based in Libreville, Gabon. Founded in 2002, the airline serves as a critical connection within Gabon, operating flights to nine destinations throughout the country. Its primary hub is situated at Libreville International Airport. Originally operating as National Airways Gabon, the airline underwent a rebranding process in 2009, adopting its current name, La Nationale. The airline’s mission is focused on providing reliable, safe, and efficient air travel for the people of Gabon.

La Nationale operates flights to a number of key cities within Gabon, offering a vital link between urban centers and remote areas. The destinations include Franceville, Koulamoutou, Libreville (which serves as the airline’s main hub), Makokou, Mayumba, Mouila, Oyem, Port-Gentil, and Tchibanga.

Fleet

As of April 2019, La Nationale’s fleet consists of three aircraft: two Embraer 120ER planes, which are operated by Sahara African Aviation, and one Embraer 120RT, which is stored at MQP. These aircraft are designed for regional operations, offering a blend of efficiency and comfort for short to medium-haul routes.
