American Jet

American Jet is an Argentine private airline that has been in operation since 1984. Originally founded to provide air taxi services at Jorge Newbery Airpark in Buenos Aires, the company has diversified over the years into scheduled and charter services as well. In 1996, they extended services to cater to the needs of various industries, mainly oil and mining companies, which led to the establishment of new bases in Tucumán and Neuquén. In 2008, American Jet was awarded air route licenses by the Province of Neuquén, marking its entry into scheduled airline services. As of now, the airline has bases in Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and San Fernando), Neuquén, and Mendoza.

Destinations

American Jet primarily operates within the province of Neuquén, offering flights to various cities including San Martín de los Andes, Chos Malal, Loncopué, Rincón de los Sauces, and also to the Chilean city of Temuco. Recently, the airline has also initiated flights between Aeroparque in Buenos Aires and Termas de Río Hondo.
