Air-Taxi Europe

Air-Taxi Europe, stylized as air-taxi europe and colloquially known as a-te, is a German airline headquartered in Braunschweig, with its primary base at the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg Airport. Established in 2005, the airline has distinguished itself in various ways. It was the first airline to commercially use aircraft from the Austrian manufacturer Diamond Aircraft, specifically the DA42 “Twin Star”. Furthermore, since late 2007, they have also incorporated the Reims-Cessna F406 into their operations. This particular aircraft stands out as it can be used for both passenger and freight transport. Notably, with the cessation of operations by Flugdienst Fehlhaber, Air-Taxi Europe is currently the sole German operator of this aircraft model. The D-IATE is the first European-registered Cessna of the 400 series equipped with the state-of-the-art Garmin G600 glass cockpit.

Destinations

Air-Taxi Europe primarily functions as a regional airline, serving routes within Germany. Beyond this, they also offer charter flights tailored to business clientele, time-sensitive freight, organ transport, and hazardous materials.

Fleet

As of September 2020, Air-Taxi Europe boasts a fleet of six business aircraft. This includes two Diamond DA42 planes with registrations D-GAAA and D-GBBB. There are also four Reims-Cessna F406 aircraft, registered as D-ICCC, D-IATE, D-IFFF, and D-ITTT. These aircraft can accommodate up to 12 passengers.
